So, you're a parent of a teenager? Neighborhood Youth Ministry's goal is to partner with you to help your son or daughter grow closer to God. We covet your involvement with our ministry. Below you'll find some information you may be interested in. Be sure to check out the main youth page as well.
SafetyPolicy
It's important to you, and it's important to us. We want to make sure that not only are your kids having fun and learning about God, but that they're safe. So we've developed a few procedures that we follow to make sure they're in a safe environment. For example, we run a comprehensive background check for all of our adult volunteers. And, we always are sure to have at least two adults present at any church-sponsored function.
ThisWeek
Each week Clurie sends home a handout with each student. The handout will tell you what we talked about that Wednesday and let you know about upcoming events.
HelpingOut
From time to time there are opportunities to help out. There's always the opportunity to bring snacks on a Wednesday night. Check out the list in the kitchen when you drop off your daughter or son. If you'd like more information on helping out, E-mail Clurie.

Yes, you are allowed to check the NYM facebook page! It's there for the students and the parents to stay connected. There are pictures and videos along with information about upcoming events and a reading schedule for the week.
