servants ministering in the church
world-class Christians sharing the good news

worship
God created us to be loved by him and to love him. We were made to love God with all of our heart and soul, with all of our mind and strength. Our love for God will be an emotional love, but also an intellectual love. We worship God because of the Father's grace toward us, because of Jesus' sacrifice for us, and because of the Holy Spirit's work in us. Worship takes place when the church is together, and also in our individual acts of worship through giving ourselves in service.

fellowship
As members of God's family, we commit ourselves to meaningful and lasting relationships through love, care, acceptance, and forgiveness. We "spur one another on" (Hebrews 10:24) whenever we join together in fellowship.

discipleship
Disciples become more and more like the one whom they follow. Disciples of Jesus are becoming more and more like Jesus. Learning about Jesus is part of being a disciple, but being a disciple is more than just studying the Bible. It is also actively choosing to do what Jesus did, and thus become more like Jesus. We teach what God has recorded in the Bible, and present it in clear everyday language, emphasizing practical application.

service
It is the privilege and responsibility of all believers to serve God and each other as we minister in and with the church. Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, sets us apart and gives us the strength to serve the body. We use our time, energy, skills, money, possessions, and spiritual gifts to help the body of Christ. Each person may serve in a unique and different way, but each believer is called to serve.

evangelism
As world-class Christians, we obey Jesus' command in Matthew 28 to make disciples of all the nations, teaching them to obey everything he commanded. In order to make disciples, we must be aware of what the world values, and using whatever means God gives us, make the most of every opportunity to show God's love, grace and mercy to a world that needs Jesus. Evangelism is the privilege and responsibility of every person in the church. As we go out from the church into the world, we carry with us an infectious joy that is only possible for those who have a personal relationship with Jesus. That joy makes us want to share the good news with the people around us, and with people in different parts of the world.
